What Is Business Coaching?

Business coaching is about making improvements and changes so that you and your business perform at a much higher level, continually growing. Business coaching helps to get the most out of your time, resources and investments.

Coaching is a process which is action-orientated. Its not for the coach to tell you what to do, instead the coach helps you to identify what to do.
